Cerit Bryant

Cerit Bryant is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic development, employee relations, and operational efficiencies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BLG Logistics, Inc. since March 2014, Cerit previously held leadership roles at NACCO Materials Handling Group and Hendrickson International, focusing on plant leadership development, industrial relations, and recruitment initiatives. With a solid foundation established at Tower Automotive and Carlisle Engineered Products, as well as early career experience in military recruitment, Cerit combines comprehensive HR expertise with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and a BA in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield College.
