Cathy Tokarski

Cathy Tokarski has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and research. Cathy is currently working as a Communications Manager at BLH Technologies, Inc. since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at RTI International from 2007 to 2019. At RTI International, they held the position of Research Communications Analyst 3 / Senior Health Writer, where they directed communications and dissemination activities for various federal and private clients. Some of their major clients included the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Cancer Institute, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Additionally, they assisted with business development activities through proposal development and client outreach.

Before joining RTI International, Cathy worked at Sg2 as a Director from 2005 to 2007. In this role, they directed communication outreach for a national health care research and consulting company. Cathy was responsible for developing and producing a weekly newsletter, informing over 300 client organizations about the latest industry news, trends, and key insights.

Cathy's career started at WebMD, where they worked as an Editor from 1999 to 2005.

Cathy Tokarski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Digital Strategy from the Online Marketing Institute.
