Lynn Moore Hill

Lynn Moore Hill has a strong background in training and technical assistance in the public health and policy sectors. Starting in 1998, they worked at Northrop Grumman Information Technology as a Project Manager, overseeing various contracts related to substance abuse treatment and homelessness assistance. Lynn planned and facilitated training events for faith-based organizations and grantee meetings, as well as reviewed and approved TA requests and assigned consultants. In 2008, they joined Altarum as a Senior Policy Associate, where they managed contracts related to substance abuse treatment and provided technical assistance to community and faith-based organizations. Lynn also developed processes and procedures for implementing training and technical assistance events. In 2010, they became an Independent Consultant for the Iowa Department of Public Health, serving as a grant reviewer for various grant programs. Lynn's most recent role is as the Training and Technical Assistance Manager at BLH Technologies, Inc., which they started in 2019.

Lynn Moore Hill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Lynn also holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from American University.
