Steven McLaine

Steven McLaine has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Steven currently works at BLH Technologies, Inc. as the Vice President of Digital Equity and Engagement, where they manage the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) State and Tribal Technical Assistance & Resources (STAR) for TA support contract. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Director, managing the OFA TANF Training and Technical Assistance support contract.

Before joining BLH Technologies, Inc., Steven worked at DB Consulting Group, Inc. as a Project Director. Steven oversaw the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Adolescent Family Life Quality Assurance Data Management System contract, as well as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Neighborhood Networks Initiative Support Services contract.

Steven also gained valuable experience at Lockheed Martin as a Project Manager, where they supervised program development and led the design and implementation of a national center classification system for the HUD Neighborhood Networks project. Steven further expanded their expertise at Aspen Systems Corporation, where they directed and monitored national partnership and consortia development for the HUD Neighborhood Networks project.

Steven's career began at the Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership (CPNL) at Georgetown University, where they served as a CPNL Graduate Research Fellow and was a member of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation's Building Bridges Initiative leadership team.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage projects, oversee staff, and meet established schedules and budgets.
