Dalia Sherif

Dalia Sherif is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Managing Partner at both Surpass-Training and Development and BLI Group since 2019 and 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Dalia worked at AFS Intercultural Programs for 15 years, where responsibilities included designing training materials, conducting orientations for diverse groups, and managing hosting programs across multiple cities in Egypt. Dalia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Cross Cultural Communication and Diversity Management, an Advanced Certified Professional Trainer designation, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, complemented by various certifications in intercultural training and experiential learning.
