He is an experienced HR leader with a background in professional services. Prior to joining Blick Rothenberg in January 2022, he spent eight years at a large accountancy practice leading Business Partner teams, working closely with board members on their leadership and developing the firm’s people strategy. Before that, he spent seven years at an international law firm, in a variety of HR roles including leading the recruitment function, managing the trainee programme and as a HR Business Partner leading integration activities post-merger.
