Melanie Spitzer is an experienced professional in hospitality and management, currently serving as the Operating Partner and Director of HR at Legacy Hospitality Group LLC since September 2015. Previously, Melanie held various roles including a bartender at Bottleneck Management and several bars throughout Chicago, and an Assistant Marketing & Event Coordinator at the Chicago Sport and Social Club, where responsibilities included event promotion and planning. Melanie's background also includes a position as the Director of Sales, Recruiting & Development at The Fence Company, focusing on creative marketing and training. In addition, Melanie excelled as an Area Sales Manager at University Directories, leading sales teams to achieve record-breaking results. Melanie holds a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Carthage College and a Real Estate License from the Chicago Real Estate Institute.
