Tilman Roeder

Tilman Roeder has worked in various roles in the procurement and supply chain industry since 1991. Tilman began their career as a Supply Chain Manager at Knauf in 1991. In 1995, they moved to Siemens as an Operative and later Strategic Buyer Corporate Technology. In 1998, they became a Graduate Trainee at Siemens Ltd., ICN. Tilman then served as a Strategic Buyer Corporate Technology at Siemens in 1999. In 2000, they were a Key Account Manager Asia/Global Sourcing at Siemens Procurement and Logistics Services. Tilman then became a Consultant Supplier Management at Siemens AG in 2002. From 2005 to 2019, they were the Head of Project Procurement, Head of SP Mass production Procurement & Head of Project Commodity Management, and Director Metal/Plastics/SSL at OSRAM AG, Specialty Lighting Procurement. In 2019, they were the Head of Global Direct Material Sourcing at Ericsson Kathrein Mobile Communication. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of V-Juice GmbH, and they are also the Head of Procurement at Blickfeld since 2022.

Tilman Roeder attended Deutschorden-Gymnasium from 1982 to 1991, where they obtained their Abitur. Tilman then attended Berufsakademie Stuttgart, University of Cooperative Education from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
