Janis Weber

Janis Weber currently serves in the role of Kaufmännische Steuerung & Personal (International Controlling) at Blickle Group since October 2024. Prior experience includes being the Head of Finance, Controlling & HR at DESMA Elastomertechnik from November 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities encompassed global HR, finance, and controlling processes across multiple international locations. Janis also held various positions at DESMA including Interim-Leiter FICO & HR and Teamleiter Controlling, focusing on group controlling, planning, forecasting, reporting, and SAP S/4HANA customization. Early roles include a Master Thesis Project at Valeo centered on strategic market analysis, and participation as a working student in a sales department. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Arts in International Business & Intercultural Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
