Trijntje Kootstra is a seasoned project manager and trainer with extensive experience in various roles focused on domestic violence, trauma, and project management. Currently working at FairWork, Trijntje leads an in-company training on project management for social workers transitioning to project leaders. As Project Manager at Blijf Groep, Trijntje has spearheaded the Drakentemmers initiative, evolving it from a regional program to a national platform addressing trauma and attachment issues related to domestic violence. Trijntje has also contributed to the Ministry of Justice and Security's expert team, provided specialized advisory services to municipalities on domestic violence, and initiated the Broodfonds in Culemborg. With a master's degree in Management and Policy in International Relations from the University of Groningen, Trijntje has developed expertise in implementing strategies for victim support and project development across various organizations and initiatives.
