John Nowakowski

John Nowakowski has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Student Researcher at Innovation Commons, Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Manager of Outreach and Product Designer at Innovation Commons, where they coordinated local entrepreneurs and industry in the development of new products and conducted research in additive manufacturing. In 2019, they became the Owner of Bayfront Glass, LLC, before transitioning to the role of Automated Process Development Engineer at Great Lakes Manufacturing from July 2019 to July 2020. Currently, they work at Bliley Technologies, Inc., specializing in new product introduction, crystal engineering, and production engineering.

John Nowakowski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College between 2013 and 2018. John then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management, with a focus on Business Management and Engineering Management, from the same institution from 2018 to 2019.
