Matt Koch

Matt Koch is the Deputy Commissioner of Enterprises at the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired. Matt has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.

Koch has been instrumental in increasing operational revenue and efficiency for both departments. Matt has also been a strong advocate for wildlife conservation, partnering with the Wildlife Foundation of Virginia to pilot and expand a successful law enforcement K9 program.

Koch is committed to improving customer service and increasing accessibility for all Virginians. Matt has been recognized by the Governor's Public Service Award for Customer Service for their work in partnering with the DMV to improve customer service for joint customers.

Matt Koch works with Julie Chappell - Staunton Regional Manager, Donna Cox - Director, Library Resource Center, and Kathy Malone - Bristol Regional Manager. Their manager is Rick Mitchell, Commissioner.
