Timothy M. Brown

Timothy M Brown has over 30 years of experience in vocational counseling and program management, currently serving as Program Administration Manager II at the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired since January 2003. In this role, Timothy provides direction and leadership for the largest regional office, supporting a catchment base of 2.1 million. Previously, Timothy managed vocational field services for Virginia's Short and Long Term Disability Program at Genex Services/ROI and held a similar position at the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services. Timothy holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington.
