Tish Harris is the Coordinator of Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities at the BLIND AND VISION IMPAIRED, VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT FOR THE. Tish has over 20 years of experience in the workforce development and human services field. Prior to their current position, Ms. Harris was the Program Manager for Continuing Education and Adjunct Faculty Business at Blue Ridge Community College from February 2015 to March 2016. Tish also served as the Director of Grants and Special Events at Boys & Girls Club from December 2010 to December 2011.

Ms. Harris began their career in human services as the Community Manager at the American Cancer Society from December 2006 to December 2007. Tish then became the Marketing Specialist at James Madison University from December 2006 to December 2008. After a brief time working at Blue Ridge Community College, Ms. Harris took on the role of Operations Officer and Former Grant Director, Valley On-the-Job Training Initiative at Shenandoah Valley Workforce Investment Board from May 2012 to February 2015.

Most recently, Ms. Harris served as the Assistant Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters from December 2009 to March 2011 before assuming their current position in March 2016.

Tish Harris has an MBA in Management from Eastern Mennonite University and a BBA in Management/Marketing from James Madison University. Tish also has a Bachelors in Business from James Madison University.
