Jathan McCollum

Jathan McCollum is a seasoned technology professional with 30 years of experience in network automation, infrastructure engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Blind Insight since December 2023, Jathan is leading technology direction and engineering for a cryptographically secure enterprise application. Previously, Jathan was Managing Director at Network to Code, contributing as principal architect and core maintainer of Nautobot, and held core developer roles at Trigger, where a Python-based network automation toolkit was developed. Jathan's experience also includes significant positions at Dropbox as a Site Reliability Engineer, Salesforce.com as Principal Infrastructure Automation Engineer, and AOL as Principal Network Automation Engineer and Senior Technical Security Engineer. Additionally, Jathan began a career in systems engineering at VarsityBooks.com, worked for the Department of Education at BTG, managed systems at MCI, and served as a Small Computer Systems Specialist in the United States Marine Corps.
