Esther Hornburg

Esther Hornburg is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior People and Performance Advisor at Blind Low Vision NZ since March 2022, Esther previously held positions at Restaurant Brands Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant and ER Advisor, as well as at Auckland DHB as an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. Early career experiences include roles at In Transit Recruitment where Esther worked as a Recruitment Consultant and in administrative and payroll functions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Massey University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Auckland.
