Jo Cook

Jo Cook currently serves as the National Safeguarding and Mental Capacity lead at Blind Veterans UK since December 2022. Previously, Jo Cook spent over two decades at Norfolk County Council, holding various positions including Head of Integrated Care-Operations, Head of Social Care-Northern, and Locality Manager, managing operations and services related to health, social care, and community support. Early career experience includes the role of Playscheme Manager at Broadland District Council. Jo Cook earned a B.A. Hons in Humanities and English from Swansea University and attended Norwich City College.
