Brian Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations, sales coaching, and recruitment management. At Jack Laurie Group since 2010, Brian serves as Vice President of People Operations, overseeing various divisions related to commercial interior finishes and janitorial services. Additionally, Brian has been a Certified Sales Coach at Blind Zebra since July 2020. Prior to these roles, Brian was the Principal at ProActive Sourcing Solutions, focusing on talent acquisition solutions from 2007 to 2011, and Vice President/General Manager at Alexander Talbott from 2002 to 2007, managing recruitment processes and call center operations.
