Sebastian Bach's work experience begins in 2010 when they started as a marketing intern and part of the "Hessen rockt" team at Frankfurter Rundschau. During this time, they organized a region-wide band contest, helped on stage, created videos with bands, and wrote articles about rock music and concerts.

In 2013, they joined Bus Blickpunkt as an editor in the group tourism and bus industry. In this role, they created content, conducted interviews, visited trade fairs, took photos, and edited them using Photoshop. Sebastian also worked on InDesign projects that were printed.

From 2016 to 2019, Sebastian worked as a Senior Business Project Manager at OMB AG Online.Marketing.Berater. During this time, they focused on developing customers into better customers and helped unpopular websites thrive in Google SERPs. Sebastian also launched their first campaigns in Google Ads.

In 2019, Sebastian joined BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH as the Team Lead for Online Marketing. Sebastian held this role until 2022, where they were responsible for leading the marketing team.

Currently, Sebastian works at blink.it as the Head of Marketing. In this role, they are accountable for the entire marketing growth and performance funnel. Sebastian leads a team with a marketing focus and a sales representative's perspective, ensuring that prospects stay engaged throughout the buyer journey.

Sebastian Bach pursued their education chronologically, beginning with their studies at The Philipp University of Marburg from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they earned a Magister degree, focusing on American Studies, Political Science, and Peace and Conflict Studies. After a break of several years, Sebastian continued their education at Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule from 2020 to 2024. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Angewandte Informatik (Applied Computer Science).
