Stefanie Schlausch

Stefanie Schlausch is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at blink.it since February 2022. Additionally, from October 2020, Stefanie has been involved with B4 Academy, focusing on strength coaching and team workshops to help individuals and teams discover and leverage their talents. Previous roles include Personalreferentin for recruiting and personnel development at Thüga SmartService, and a Master’s internship in personnel development at Brose Group. Stefanie has also held internships with BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, Deutsche Bahn, and has experience in university marketing with BMW Group. Stefanie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft from HTWK Leipzig, complemented by education at Kaplan International Auckland.
