VP Operations Europe at Blink

Miriam Ibrahim has a diverse work experience in various companies. Miriam started their career in 2007 at KPMG as a Coordinator and Advisor for Customer Satisfaction. Miriam then worked at Millward Brown as a Research Executive in qualitative research and played a vital role in implementing Eye-Tracking methodology. In 2012, they worked as a Researcher at Woman Capital, specializing in finding women for C-level positions. In 2014, they joined Nuon as the Customer Care Expert in e-mobility and later became the Operations Manager responsible for Dutch e-mobility operations. In 2018, they joined Vattenfall as the Operational Excellence Lead for the eMobility Business Unit, where they implemented operational processes and ensured alignment within the organization. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at EVBox, first as the Manager for CPO Operations & Services and later as the Director of Sales Operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations Europe at Blink Charging.

Miriam Ibrahim has a Master's Degree in Business & Change Management from Open Universiteit, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Miriam also has another Master's Degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from the same institution, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2005 to 2009. Miriam completed their high school education, specializing in Cultuur en Maatschappij, at Scholengemeenschap Reigersbos from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Green Belt certification from Lean Consultancy Group in 2017.
