Ashwin Krishnaswami

Ashwin Krishnaswami began their career in 2015 as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2016, they held Computer Vision Intern roles at both Glia Labs and AirXsys Inc. In 2017, they joined Blinkfire Analytics, Inc. as a Computer Vision Engineer, and later was promoted to Senior Computer Vision Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing computer vision and deep learning techniques, improving backend servers, and engineering the software behind datasets storage and automation.

Ashwin Krishnaswami received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University in 2014. Ashwin then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2014-2015. In 2016, they obtained a Coursera Course Certificate in Image and Video Processing from Mars to Hollywood with a Stop at the Hospital and a SAS Certificate from Wireclass. In 2013, they received a Certificate of Excellence in Paper Presentation.
