Atul Shokeen

Atul Shokeen has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Delight at Blinkit since August 2015, where previous roles included Assistant Manager. Concurrently, Atul has been a Senior Team Lead at Grofers since August 2015, with a prior position as Team Lead. Atul's career began at iYogi from September 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a Customer Service Representative. Atul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University, completed through Distance Education between 2011 and 2013.
