Karine Santos

Karine Santos is a professional with a diverse background in design and analysis, currently serving as a Designer Conversacional IA at Blip since July 2024. Santos previously held the position of Analista de implantação at ZENVIA from October 2021 to June 2024 and worked as an Analista de NLU | Curadoria Jr. at D1 - Jornadas Digitais from October 2021 to June 2022. An early career experience includes an internship at UFU - Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, followed by a bilingual attendant role at Algar Tech, where responsibilities included customer service for streaming services. Santos also promoted products for Porto Seguro and contributed as a Bolsista de extensão at the Núcleo de Estudos Afro-Brasileiros, focusing on anti-racism and affirmative action projects. Santos holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in African Studies at Universidade do Porto.
