Vineetha Nambiar

Vineetha Nambiar has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources. Vineetha is currently working at Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd. as the Head of HR for the Corporate, R&D, and International divisions since April 2023. Prior to this, they were an Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd. from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd., Vineetha worked at Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals as an Assistant General Manager of Human Resources from October 2021 to March 2022. Vineetha also has extensive experience at Unichem Laboratories Limited, where they held various roles starting from an Executive Employee Relations in October 2006 to Senior Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR process digitalization, process improvement, HR project management, and other key HR functions.

Vineetha Nambiar's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from RA DAV College, which they completed from 1995 to 2000. Vineetha then pursued a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Mumbai, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In 2006-2007, they attended Welingkar Institute of Management and obtained a degree in Human Resources Development. Most recently, from 2017 to 2019, Vineetha Nambiar pursued a PGDBM in General Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune.
