Alyssa Morris is an experienced analytical chemist with a strong background in quality control and laboratory testing. Currently serving as an Analytical Chemist II at Blistex Inc. since August 2021, Alyssa performs HPLC, GC, and other physical and wet chemistry tests on cosmetic products within a GMP laboratory environment. Previous roles at Blistex also include Quality Control Chemist I and Laboratory Technician, focusing on data integrity and laboratory maintenance. Alyssa's prior experience includes serving as Dean of Students Liaison at Beloit College, as well as various teaching and research roles, particularly in organic chemistry. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Beloit College, completed in 2020, following education at Waubonsie Valley High School.
