Teresa Schilder-Knudsen

Teresa Schilder-Knudsen is a Partner & UX Designer at Blixt & Dunder. Teresa has over fifteen years of experience in the field of user experience and has worked with some of the world's leading companies. Teresa has a strong passion for helping others and motivating skilled professionals to do great work. In their previous role as UX team lead at Creuna, they rebuilt a new team from three to 10 highly skilled consultants within a year. At Nokia Mobile Phones, they worked with requirement analysis, designing information architecture and writing specs. Teresa also has experience teaching at the IT-University of Copenhagen, where they helped students with scoping and forming their projects throughout the process. In their secondary job as an external examinator with the censor corps, they reviewed and approved digital communication projects for students.

Teresa Schilder-Knudsen has a cand.it from IT-Universitetet i København in Design and communication, a BA from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in Film- and Media studies, and certification from LinkedIn in Design Thinking: Understanding the Process. Teresa also has high school degrees from Rødovre Gymnasium and Ingrid Jespersens Gymnasium.
