Pernell Cezar Jr

Pernell Cezar Jr has a wealth of work experience. Pernell began their career in 2010 as a Business Partnerships and Negotiations Expert and Merchandise Planning Analyst at Target. In 2013, they took on the role of Senior Director of Sales at Sundial Brands. In 2018, they became a Growth Advisor at Cezar Advisory Services, a boutique advisory for emerging, consumer-oriented brands. Pernell currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of BLK & Bold Specialty Beverages, a coffee roastery and national wholesaler of specialty coffee and loose leaf tea. Through BLK & Bold, they aim to make a fundamental shift in the choices of coffee and tea consumers, while also contributing 5% of profits to initiatives across the US that support disadvantaged domestic youth.

Pernell Cezar Jr obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010. Pernell also obtained a Graduate Certificate from Founder Gym in Raising Venture Capital in February 2019.
