Oluwasiji (Siji) Soetan

Oluwasiji (Siji) Soetan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA), a Social Media Intern at RED | For Africa, and an Intern at Nairametrics. In 2022, they participated in the Emerging Leaders Series at Goldman Sachs, where they learned about careers in various divisions of the company and received mentorship opportunities. Oluwasiji (Siji) also worked as a Legal Intern at Aluko & Oyebode. In the same year, they served as a First Year Leadership Academy Participant at McKinsey & Company. Oluwasiji (Siji) then had an externship role at Beats by Dre, where they worked on branding strategy and business analytics. Oluwasiji (Siji) also joined BLK Capital Management, Corp as a Community Member. In 2023, they had an externship at Bloomberg, specifically working in financial research data. Currently, they are a Career Prep Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow.

Oluwasiji (Siji) Soetan's education history began in 2014 at Day Waterman College, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school in 2019 with a diploma from Darlington School, they pursued further studies at Brown University starting in 2021. Siji is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus on Economics, and is expected to graduate in 2025. Alongside their academic pursuits, Siji obtained a Paragon One Certificate from Paragon One in August 2022.
