Khambrel Ward

Khambrel (Kham) Ward is the Founder of BLK Men in Tech and the Principal of Compass Professional Solutions, LLC. With a background in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Ward has held various leadership roles at companies such as Recharge, LiveRamp, Ultimate Software, and Indeed.com. Ward also served as the Director of Intercultural Affairs at Western Carolina University. Ward holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida, and a Master of Education in Minority and Urban Education from the University of Maryland.
