Roy is skilled in employing user-first, design-thinking principles to promote sustained engagement, improved usability, and transformational change. With a background in UI/UX design and software development, Roy has successfully contributed to creating more usable and engaging experiences for users across different industries. Roy holds an Associate of Arts degree from both Temple University and Atlantic Cape Community College.
