Ian Keyes

Ian Keyes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Operations Manager at Block 5 Technologies since March 2018, Ian leads a team in the Managed Service Provider space, focusing on service variety and dynamic problem solving. Prior to this, Ian held the position of Manager of Information & Communications Technology at Associated Grocers of New England from January 2009 to October 2017, overseeing a team of Systems Administrators and reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. Ian also served as the Sole Systems Administrator during a previous role at the same company. Earlier career experience includes being a Senior Systems Engineer at Quatred, LLC, where extensive travel for wireless site surveys and client advisement took place. Ian holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
