The managing editor previously worked at DNAinfo.com Chicago and the assistant managing editor/metro has worked at the Chicago Sun-Times. Both reporters have also worked at the Daily Herald and City News Bureau of Chicago. The team is rounded out with an education from Syracuse University in Journalism.
