Joshua Lavin

Joshua Lavin has held various customer experience and management roles throughout their career. Starting as an Online Marketing Executive at Okay Property Agency Limited in 2010, they progressed to Systems Analyst at OKAY.com in 2012. Joshua then became an Operations Manager at ii5 Ltd Hong Kong in 2015 before taking on the role of Director of Customer Experience at Block.one in 2016. In 2021, Joshua continued in a similar position as Director of Customer Experience at Bullish. Additionally, they served as a Board Member and Former President at UJC of Hong Kong since 2012.

Joshua Lavin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Harvard Extension School from 2002 to 2008.
