Alana Joyce Stanojev

Alana Joyce Stanojev serves as the Product Counsel Lead for Cash App (Banking and Trust) at Block since May 2022, following a progressive career at Eaze from January 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate and Compliance Counsel. Prior experience includes positions at Hinman & Carmichael LLP, Strike & Techel, and Gaw Van Male, all as Associate Attorney with a focus on corporate and M&A. Alana also held judicial roles, including a Judicial Extern position at the US District Court for the Eastern District of California. Academically, Alana earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in International Studies and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
