Anamika Mandal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales across prominent financial technology and investment companies. Currently serving as the North America Commercial Lead for Cash App & Afterpay at Block, Anamika has a proven track record of leading enterprise commercial deal strategies and training initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Business Development & Partnerships for Investment Products at Robinhood and VP, Business Development Officer at Fidelity Investments, where significant contributions to market strategies and partnerships were made. Anamika is also actively involved in mentoring startup founders through First Round Fast Track and Mercury.
