Gagan Shah

Gagan Shah is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving product strategy and user experience across various industries. Currently, as Product Lead for Seller Activation at Block, Gagan focuses on optimizing sign-up processes to enhance sales for both corner stores and global brands. Gagan serves on the Advisory Board for the Business Marketing Academy at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, mentoring MBA candidates and advising on curriculum development. Previous roles include Head of Product for Money products at Intuit, where Gagan transformed QuickBooks Online Invoicing, and Head of Product for Driver Growth at Uber, where Gagan implemented initiatives to scale the driver base.
