Julianne Harper

Julianne Harper is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in product and commercial counsel. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Product Counsel at Square, Julianne has also held the position of Interim General Counsel at the same company. Previous roles include Counsel Lead and Counsel for Product and Commercial, as well as Legal Counsel at Weebly. Additional experience includes working as Product and Commercial Counsel at eBay Inc. and a Senior Associate at WilmerHale. Julianne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego and earned a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
