Mani Razaghi

Mani Razaghi currently serves as the Head of Technical Operations at Block, leading teams of Technical Program Managers in the US and Asia, focused on Design for Manufacturability, Design for Assembly, Failure Analysis, and hardware lab operations for Proto and Square products. Prior positions include Technical Program Manager at Proto, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing processes and product quality for Bitcoin hardware, as well as a variety of roles at Square, culminating in the role of Head of Hardware Product Design, overseeing multiple product releases and managing teams in North America and Asia. Previous experience also includes product design engineering at Apple, where Mani contributed to the development of high-profile consumer electronics, and mechanical design engineering positions at Nokia, D2M, and Pacific Design Engineering. Mani holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics from The University of British Columbia and has pursued continuing studies in Business, Management, and Marketing at Stanford University.
