Michael Glicksman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud operations. Currently serving as the Head of Global Technical Operations & Cloud Engineering at SANS Institute since December 2019, Glicksman has driven significant digital transformation initiatives and managed global support for various cloud environments. Previously, Glicksman held key leadership roles at ReedGroup, The CE Shop, Dell EMC, Epicor Software, Intuit, and Envision Technology Partners, where achievements included increasing revenue, enhancing operational efficiency, and overseeing successful product development. Glicksman holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University.
