Rudolf van Ee has had a diverse range of work experiences in the technology and recruitment industries. Rudolf started their career as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Booking.com and later worked as a Lead Technology Recruiter at Ohpen and Emakina.NL. Rudolf then joined Independer as a Technology Recruitment specialist before moving on to become the Community Lead at the Hyperledger Foundation. Rudolf also co-founded the Dutch Blockchain Week and the Dutch Blockchain Days. Rudolf further expanded their involvement in the blockchain industry as a Founder and Board Member of Blockchain Netherlands (BCNL Foundation) and as a Co-Founder of snc.xyz, a provider of non-custodial ETH staking infrastructure. Currently, they are working as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at AIX21, where they specialize in recruitment through interim and freelance services.
Rudolf van Ee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2006 to 2011. Before that, they completed their high school education at Trichter College from 1999 to 2005, specializing in Economics & Society. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including Blockchain & Crypto Course Certification from Growth Tribe Academy in 2019, and a TOEFL Test of English as a Foreign Language with a score of 100 in 2012. Moreover, they completed the DO & CO Academy program in 2011, and in 2010, they obtained certifications from CLC-Vecta Centre for Live Communication and Zuyd Hogeschool for Entrepreneurship.

We connect stakeholders and stimulate collaboration, awareness and adoption in the Netherlands and internationally. Together with partners, the significant amount of committed startups and scale-ups in the BCNL family achieve mutual goals through events, ecosystem collaboration and representation. - Events such as the Dutch Blockchain Week and our monthly meetups; - Ecosystem partners contain (international) tech hubs, global enterprises and governments; - Representation via lobby parties, political organisations and other foundations. Our mission: • We represent the interests of blockchain startups and scale-ups based in the Netherlands.
