Viveka Rydell-Anderson

Viveka pioneers new projects to improve access to patient-centered quality healthcare for all. Using the power of blockchain technology, Viveka works with partners to redesign the fragmented healthcare ecosystem. An experienced healthcare executive and champion of health equity, Viveka knows that smart digital healthcare solutions are needed and will help to restore trust, improve efficiencies, and create true interoperability – to better serve patients, families, clinicians, care teams, and medical researchers.

She brings her career experience standing up innovative healthcare models and making them viable, working across government, private industry, and philanthropy. She was a 2016 Aspen Spotlight Health Scholar and has received many awards for her healthcare leadership.

Viveka is completing her Master of Science in Clinical Informatics Management from Stanford Medical School, attended Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders, and received her JD from UC Berkeley Law School.

Originally from Sweden, Viveka has also lived in Denmark, Germany, and Holland. She is a mother of three and loves poetry, baking, yoga, hiking, backpacking, and running. Passionate about social impact, she serves on two nonprofit boards.
