Michal Jaremko

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in engineering and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha also served as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, driving technological advancements in decentralized energy infrastructure. Additional experience includes positions at Share&Charge, the IIB Council, PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg, along with educational qualifications from the University of Lausanne, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and project management certification from PMI.
