Shawn Wollenberg

Shawn Wollenberg has been working in the software development and financial systems analyst fields since 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Software Developer for NiSource. From 2005 to 2021, they worked as a Financial Systems Analyst for Mettler Toledo. Currently, they are a Backend Software Engineer for Blockparty, where they create custom NFT storefronts on the Ethereum and Polygon networks for artists and musicians using AWS Serverless infrastructure. Shawn is also in the process of converting a monolith blockchain scraping application to take advantage of more cloud technologies to improve processing speeds and data retrieval.

Shawn Wollenberg obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Management Information Systems from Ohio University between 1997 and 2001. In 2016 and 2017, they received a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Shawn has obtained seven certifications from various institutions since 2021, including HackerRank Problem Solving (Basic) with Golang and SQL Intermediate from HackerRank, and Ethereum Smart Contract Programming 101, Blockchain & Bitcoin 101, DeFi 101, Ethereum 101, and Ethereum Smart Contract Programming 201 from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy.
