Stephen Zargham

Steve Zargham brings decades of experience developing and deploying socio-technical system solutions meeting the business needs of the NYS Department of Transportation in delivering a capital construction program in excess of one billion dollars a year. His public-sector experience balancing the wants and needs of diverse stakeholder groups provides a unique perspective on systems, incentives and human behavior. A licensed Professional Engineer in NY, with Bachelor’s (BS) and Master’s degrees of Science (MS) degrees in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Steve applies his training and experience to producing sustainable solutions to important problems.
