Vladimir Liulka is the CEO & Co-Founder at Blocksport, a company that builds web3-ready platform solutions for the professional sports and entertainment industry. Vladimir is also a Board Member at Global Business for Ukraine, an association of international companies supporting Ukraine's economy. Prior to this, Vladimir co-founded Intellica, an IT solutions provider, and was a CEO at BrainBasket Foundation, supporting IT education in Ukraine. Vladimir was also the CEO & Co-Founder at Supportio, an innovative IT solutions integrator. In addition, Vladimir served as a CIO at Ciklum, a global Digital Solutions Company. Vladimir holds a Master's degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
