Anatoly Ressin

Anatoly Ressin is the CEO of Blockvis, where Anatoly organizes blockchain competence and education activities, as well as structures the blockchain market in Latvia. Additionally, Anatoly holds roles as a Blockchain Architect at PARSIQ, a Blockchain Advisor at NOIA Network, carVertical, and Birdchain, where Anatoly contributes to brainstorming economical models, cryptography, data structures, algorithms/flows, and implementations. Anatoly is also a Co-founder and Board Member at the Latvian Blockchain Association, a Co-founder at AssistUnion, and has previous experience as a Senior Software Developer at C.T.Co and a Core Developer at #DECENT. Education-wise, Anatoly holds a Ph.D. in Telematics and an M.Sc. in Comp from Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI).
