Thao Nguyen is an accomplished entrepreneur with a significant track record in the technology sector. As Founder & Chief Ecosystem at XLP Network since January 2024, Thao continues to innovate in the digital landscape. Thao also founded UMBΛLΛ LΛBS in December 2021, focusing on groundbreaking developments in Blockchain and AI for the infinite economy. Another venture, xMondays, launched in July 2022, aims to build a thriving community. Previously, Thao was the Founder & CEO of Umbala.Tv from August 2015 to August 2020, which received investment from 500 Startups and SOSV, and created a platform for talent broadcasting and interactive gaming. Thao's earlier enterprises include CNC Mobile, which secured seed funding from CyberAgent Ventures Vietnam, and CNC Software, a mobile and web outsourcing company. Thao has earned notable recognitions such as being a top finalist at the Intel DST Asia Pacific Challenge and receiving multiple ICT awards in Vietnam.
