Doug Joyce

Doug Joyce has extensive work experience in various finance and operations roles. Doug started their career in 1993 as a Plant Manager/Controller at Wiremold-Brooks Electronics Division, where they focused on re-engineering processes and improving profitability. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an Operations Manager at Wiremold-Mexico, successfully migrating domestic product lines to Mexico. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at North American Specialty Glass, first as a CFO and later as the COO, where they implemented cost-saving measures and improved order tracking. In 2010, they became the Corporate Controller at P&R Fasteners Inc., and from 2013 to the present, they have been with Blommer Chocolate Company, initially as the Controller and currently as the Corporate Director of Finance. Overall, Doug has a strong background in finance and operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and driving profitability.

Doug Joyce completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, which they pursued from 1988 to 1993. Doug then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at Villanova University, from 1997 to 2000.
