Margaret Crance has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Research and Development Manager at Blommer Chocolate Company since June 2018, following roles as Senior Research and Development Scientist, Product Development Scientist, Food Safety and HACCP Coordinator, and Research and Development Intern at the same company. Previously, Margaret worked as a Product Development Specialist at Uncle Dave's Homemade Ice Cream from August 2017 to June 2019. In addition to practical experience, Margaret held multiple roles at Delaware Valley University, including Senior Resident Assistant and Supplemental Instructor in college-level mathematics and science. Margaret earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Delaware Valley University (2015-2019) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Food Science at Kansas State University, starting in August 2023.
